Architectural Services - Proposal and Marketing Writer

Our development team currently is seeking an experienced proposal and marketing writer who can work independently and remotely when needed within the team environment. This individual works under the general supervision of the Senior  Architect Manager.

Responsibilities

• Writes all aspects of RFI proposals - for Architectural and Engineering (A-E) services.  All letters and summaries of coordinated resumes, project descriptions and narratives will respond to US State and Federal Government proposals.
• Controls and edits data and information into written documents responding to design criteria.
• Coordinates architects, engineers and other professional consultants to develop the final proposal.
• Drafts all documentation, follows concurrent marketing development, and ensures marketing searches are updated daily.
• Responsible for Company daily marketing searches and responses.

Qualifications

• Advance Degree in Architecture, and/or Engineering - IT background a plus
• Experienced Report writing with marketing successes.
• Three or more year’s knowledge and experience writing and responding to Architectural marketing proposals.
• Demonstrable software proficiency  - Microsoft Word, Adobe, Powerpoint, Excel, ACAD a plus.
• Familiarity with architectural design concepts in today's market-driven sustainable and energy conscience environment.
• Analytical ability to write about complex design topics and solutions.
• Track record of creating effective, clear, and creative work.
• Organizational skills  -  ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under deadlines
• Exceptional grammar and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient in marketing search and responses to fit the needs of the Company.
