Community Alliance Credit Union is looking for an individual with a passion to provide “WOW” standards of service to our members in a friendly work environment at our Livonia and Novi branches. This position requires the ability to be great conversationalists in order to make connections, find the needs and provide personalized solutions to our members and to enthusiastically support the credit union's focus on member sales and service.

This position requires a minimum of one year experience serving a full range of member needs, including opening accounts, assisting with account inquiries, processing and closing loan and credit card applications. Past lending authority and/ or Symitar experience is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of sales success. Candidate must be motivated, enthusiastic, organized, detailed oriented and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. We are open 7 days a week and this position requires working on some weekends.
