Package Free is the world’s first retailer whose mission is to help people live a zero-waste lifestyle. From toothbrushes to tote bags, we are the solution for those who want to reduce their environmental footprint, but don’t know where to start.

With a retail location in Brooklyn, NY and a vibrant online presence, Package Free has had a successful launch in 2017. To be honest, we knocked it out of the park this holiday season. We are already profitable, but we are looking to grow fast enough to create large scale positive change.

Therefore, we are looking for a supply chain manager as our next key hire that can take us to that next level. They will have experience in developing processes, inventory management protocol, marketing programs, budgets and plans to increase productivity, expand market growth, streamline efficiencies and drive up revenue.

The right candidate for the job will have both the “roll up the sleeve & get stuff done” attitude as well as vision to create a long-term sustainable, world-changing business.

What You’ll Do:
Work alongside the CEO to help drive the global strategy and business
Lead the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including inventory management, vendor relationships, revenue and sales growth, expenses, cost & margin control and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management
Create the operational infrastructure to pave the way for growth while increasing profit by reorganizing existing team


What We’re Looking for:
3+ years’ experience with P&L responsibility of a geographic area or line of business
Experience managing multi-channel retail environments (in-store & e-commerce)
Superior problem-solving skills and an aptitude for prioritization
The ability to quickly learn organizational structure, industry-specific knowledge and team objectives
Sound judgment and flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines with little to no direction
Understanding of fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment
“Roll up the sleeves” mindset and drive to accomplish what is necessary for the organization to develop its operations
Market understanding or desire to see what is out there and help to onboard new products/vendors
