Quality Control Manager / Engineer

At a minimal have 10-12 years experience at one facility NO accumulative experience is desired unless you want to submit these to me or prior job position as a machine shop, job shop manufacturing environment who specialized in government contract through the US DOD and who is extremely fluent with the ISO 9001 quality management system. They must be able to re-write quality manuals tailored specifically to the US DOD government contracts which only cover specific sections from ISO 9001:2008. The candidate must be able to fluently use computerized CMM equipment specifically Mitutoyo MCOSMOS software, CMM video equipment with Metronics based touchscreen measuring. They must be able to use all standard types of measuring devices and be completely fluent with GD&T in relation to blueprint reading and interpretation. The candidate must be able to accept, approve all buying materials relevant to a job, assign these contract awards with job numbers and issue job travelers, perform in process inspection, final inspection and first article inspection review with a US government representative at his side. They must be able to gather and complete for witness inspection, any job that needs to be reviewed with a complete paper packet of documents with traceability and hold annual quality meetings, set quality objectives issue QI quality instructions, WI work instructions and calibrate and log measuring equipment.
