Advanced Infrastructure Design, Inc., a growing civil engineering firm located in Hamilton, New Jersey is seeking an Administrative/Office Coordinator to provide administrative and general purpose support to management and other staff members. The successful candidate will primarily be engaged in all day-to-day supporting activities in the office that contribute to maintaining an efficient working environment.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Answering/Making phone calls and transferring to the appropriate staff member or accurately taking messages.
•Administrative assistance to executives and selected staff
•Fax, scan and copy documents
•Update and maintain internal databases such as contact lists and client information
•Type documents, reports and correspondence
•Maintain office filing and storage systems
•Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
•Registrations and travel arrangements for seminars, training, trade shows and other events
•Assist with event planning
•Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
•Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and the bank
•Keep office areas clean and tidy

Qualifications/Requirements:

•College degree preferred, however relevant post high school education will be considered
•Previous administrative assistant work is a plus
•Strong MS Office skill
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
