RedQ is a real estate company that focuses on Residential, Commercial and Development in the tri-state as well as nationwide and we are looking to hire a lisenced commercial real estate salesperson. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual who is looking for entrepreneurial and distinguished base of operations with support, guidance and unlimited growth potential. 

The primary role of this position is to work directly with the Managing Director to initiate and conclude off market real estate transactions using proprietary in-house generated system. The position will also incorporate other facets including, but not limited to, negotiating large residential and commercial real estate transactions, performing feasibility analyses etc.

Job Description:

• ·         Making outgoing calls in an effort to originate potential deals
• ·         Performing feasibility studies, analysis on markets and investment properties

Requirements:

• ·         Previous sales experience within the Real Estate industry
• ·         Leadership/ managerial experience
• ·         Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills
• ·         Proven ability to deliver results
• ·         High level of competitive drive

Compensation:

Competitive Commission.
