Job Summary
Maintains the company's financial records.
Manages daily task within the office.

General Accountabilities
Classifies, records, and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using QuickBooks.
Compiles statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables of cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.
Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Reconciles or notes and reports discrepancies found in records.
Maintains inventory of office supplies and places orders when necessary.
Manages agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for management.
Produces reports/monthly statements and prepares invoices as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Knowledge of QuickBooks or Other Accounting Software.
