The Role:

 

As a licensed real estate salesperson, you'll be the main point of contact to prospective customers, and will lay the groundwork for an exceptional customer experience. Based primarily in Westchester County, you'll engage prospective customers in discussions about their rentals, and sales needs, and leave them wanting to work with you more! You should enjoy the challenge of being a real estate match maker, and accomplishing the customers objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings, managing your schedule, making appointments, and working with customers.
  • Engaging prospective customers at listing locations, discussing their housing needs, and educating them about the process.
  • Building a strong, effective relationship with the management team.
  • Developing monthly and quarterly sales plans to hit goals and targets
  • Representing AXRE professionally in meetings and social events
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to constantly changing tasks, and focusing on maximum efficiency without ever sacrificing customer service or quality of work.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes:

  • Belief in AXRE's mission of significantly changing the real estate industry within the next 3-5 years
  • Sales experience in a fast paced, start up environment
  • Very strong work ethic
  • Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • The desire to exceed $100k in annual commissions
  • Must be willing to travel from the office to housing sites, up to 75% travel

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrating analytical and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and resource management skills
  • Very detail orientated
  • Possesses a positive "get the job done" attitude and remains flexible to our ever changing environment
