Job Description:

• Retail sales advocate
• Reliable transportation
• Sell all of our products. Including, but not limited to: phones, plans, and accessories
• Answer questions about the brand and product with confidence and ease
• Provide 1st time resolutions to customer questions and issues.
• Meet sales goals set forth by management.
• Willingness to work as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sale experience and exceptional customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills
• Establish and monitor store/kiosk work schedules
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
