Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Reports to: COO & President Americas/EMEA

Based at: Galtronics NJ location

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to be a part of our growing team in the U.S.  You will be responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities within our company. You will take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.  If you crave a career in a fast paced environment, this is the role for you!

 

Create and oversee the development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management, trade shows and customer events, press releases, content development, white papers, corporate videos, RFP input, budgeting and cost tracking

Manage contracted marketing resources.  Strong organizer and planner, likes to work creatively and independently, Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media and software.

7-10 years relevant experience.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications preferred. 

 

In this position you are instrumental in managing, developing and co-ordinating all marketing activities to enhance Galtronics position in the market.  This is a dual role that will support both the COO and VP Sales.

What would a typical Day to Day look like?  Something like this

Marketing Strategy

Provide input that supports the initiatives and goals of the organization by researching, developing activities and developing marketing opportunities and plans.

Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities to drive optimum results

Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
