Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
• Performs varied secretarial and administrative duties for an administrative department.
General Accountabilities
• Composes and produces business correspondences, reports and related materials.
• Coordinates with general manager and provides final sales invoices.
• Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files.
• Responds to all inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Serves as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures.
• Performs administrative duties associated with sales and customer service.
• Arranges weekly price lists to send to all clients.
• Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.

Job Qualifications
• Education: Associate's degree
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Photoshop a plus!
